1. Use of Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place orders.
• You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., attempt hacking, upload viruses, scrape content).
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or terminate access if we suspect abuse or fraud.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and stock availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, out-of-stock items).
• Order confirmation via email/WhatsApp does not guarantee acceptance — final acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

3. Payment

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

• All online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay or similar).
• We do not store your full card details.
• COD orders may attract a small convenience fee (mentioned at checkout if applicable).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to most locations across India via trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (may vary by location and product availability).
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (free shipping may apply on certain orders).
• Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by courier, weather, public holidays or force majeure.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Most products can be returned within 7–10 days if unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Non-returnable items include personal hygiene products, opened earphones, customized items (if any).
• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled (pre-dispatch cancellation is possible in some cases).

6. Product Quality & Liability

• We sell genuine compatible and branded accessories sourced from trusted suppliers.
• Manufacturing defects are covered under the respective brand/manufacturer warranty (if applicable) or our replacement policy.
• We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by third-party products.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaunpur / Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
